This project included concrete pumping for a 200' tall continuous concrete pour of 3,400 cubic yards over 13 days, 200,000 SF of slab on grade, footings, and all sitework.

This project included a complete concrete package with footings, 255 tilt-up panels for 30 individual controlled atmosphere rooms (including 96 insulated panels), 110,000 SF of slab on grade, and 80,000 SF of paving.

Autozone Distribution Center

The Autozone Project consists of a 430,000SF building completed using a Ductilcrete Slab System, reducing the original amount of joints by almost 5 miles in length and extending the joint spacing to the columns at 54'x54'. Other work includes 615,000SF of 3D site paving.

1,000 Steps

The 1,000 Steps project is located in Cle Elum, WA at Suncadia Resort. The project consists of 18 flights of colored stairs from the river bed up 20 stories to the lodge, with 20 landings that have stamped animal footprints. During the pours of each set of stairs, Poppoff used a 61 meter concrete pump from either the top or bottom of the hill, and some pours even had to have 100 ft of slick line hose added to the end in order to make the point of placement.

This project included 200,000 SF of slab on grade, 120,000 SF of tilt-up concrete panels, 120,000 SF of paving, and 3,500 LF of curb and sidewalk installation.

Yes. Poppoff's in-house fleet (31M and 38M Z-booms, a 38M pump, two 47M pumps, an 18M spider boom and a line pump) runs on our own jobs and is available for rental by contractors. Call (509) 575-8353 or send the pour details through the contact page.

The shop and office are in Moxee, Washington, and most jobs are across Washington, Idaho and Oregon. We've worked in 23 different states and 7 countries on remote place and finish flatwork and consultation.

Anything from 150 square feet to 1.5 million square feet. Our largest single pour was 3,100 yards and 51,000 square feet, and the Vigen Cargill grain tower in Granger was a 200 foot continuous pour of 3,400 cubic yards over 13 days.

Yes. Flatwork runs from small residential slabs to commercial campuses. One family had us build 16 front steps, the sidewalk and a heated driveway on a steep grade, with fibre added to the mix to limit cracking.

One contractor for the whole site, interior and exterior: footings, slabs, tilt-up panels, paving, curb and sidewalk. We validate specs early with engineers and owners and survey in-house with five total stations, so design problems are caught before they become rework.

Since 1977, when Mike Poppoff opened the company out of his garage. Matt Poppoff became President in 2018, and the company is still family owned.

Poppoff, Inc. is a licensed Washington construction contractor (L&I POPPOI*237KW) and has been an AGC Safety Team member since January 1993, with ASCC Zero Lost Time Accident awards every year from 2006 to 2018.
